I inherited a whole bunch of pennies, a few half dollars, a $2 bill with a postage stamp on it, and 4 albums containing every single Indian head and wheat penny along with the few steel penny years but minus the '43 copper or the '44 steel or do I have it backwards? He wasn't much of a collector but even he would have known he struck gold with that one. I stick with collecting quarters and Susan B. Anthony coins for the most part so I am clueless about pennies. My questions are what years are the rare ones and what valuable errors should I look out for? None of them are close to PR 70 most are like the ones above some + - 2 to 4 grades. I have digital microscopes so please tell me even tiny errors that are rare. Thank you so much for educating a beginner on his inheritance and paying homage to his grandfather.
