I initially was upset when I logged in to CardBase yesterday, but decide to give it a day and see what has changed and what others say. Well I am glad that I am not alone with being upset about being blindsided with this change. Also glad to know that there are many other sites/apps that provide the service that I paid for with CardBase that ONLY deals with trading cards!
As far as the Collectibles new site, I tried a few minutes ago to add a handful of cards from the 1974 topps set. At first everything looked good! I was able to select baseball, then the year and set. The issue is when you select if you are adding 1 or many cards! Either selection then provides you with thousands of options that are not related to my entries. I then tried to enter a single card a 1985 topps Bruce Sutter. I again was able to get his name added but then it gave me card options from 2024 that was not Bruce Sutter. So at this point I am unable to use the site at all. This is not what you call a bug! I am a developer for a large bank so I can say that with experience!
