Repackz Playoff — Official Rules

Promotion Period: Begins 01.07.2025, at 1:00 PM ET and ends 31.12.2025, at 12:59 PM ET

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding jurisdictions where prohibited) who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Collectbase Inc. /dba/ Collectibles.com ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter:

  Primary Entry Method (Repackz Purchase): During the Promotion Period, purchase a Repackz Starter Pack on Collectibles.com for $25. Each purchase of a Repackz Starter Pack grants one (1) entry into the quarterly prize draw for that entry period. Limit: Up to five (5) Repackz Starter Pack purchases per day per user, each counting as a separate entry.

  Alternative Means of Entry (AMOE) - NO PURCHASE NECESSARY - A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING: To enter without purchase, handwrite the following on a 3x5 inch postcard: your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and the words "Repackz Playoff Official Rules Entry." Mail the postcard to: Collectibles.com - Repackz Sweepstakes Entry, 2976 E. State Street #120-5, Eagle, ID 83616. Each postcard must be mailed separately, postmarked during the Promotion Period, and received by 30.08.2025. One (1) postcard equals one (1) entry. No photocopies, facsimiles, or mass entries permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

Prizes: Each weekly entry period offers prizes as listed on Repackz by Collectibles.com, such as exclusive collectible cards or digital assets. Approximate retail value (ARV) of prizes varies and will be detailed on the Repackz promotion page. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about the [day] following each quarterly entry period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email within three (3) days of the drawing and must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or attempts to tamper with the promotion. If the promotion is compromised by technical issues, fraud, or other factors, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion, providing notice as required by law.

Release and Limitation of Liability: Entrants release Collectbase Inc., its affiliates, and their respective agents from any liability for errors, technical issues, or damages arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance/use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to technical failures or other issues beyond its control.

Taxes and Compliance: The Prize value is considered taxable income for the Winner. All federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any other expenses related to accepting or using the Prize that are not explicitly mentioned in these Official Rules, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Each Winner is responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes. Before receiving the Prize, the Winner must provide valid identification and a completed IRS Form W-9 to the Sponsor. For any tax-related questions, the Winner should consult their own tax advisor.

Privacy: Personal information collected during the promotion will be handled in accordance with Collectbase Inc’s Privacy Policy at https://collectibles.com/privacy

Limited to one (1) entry per household per weekly entry period, regardless of entry method (Repackz purchase or AMOE). Multiple entries from the same household, as determined by mailing address, email address, or IP address, will result in disqualification. Sponsor will monitor IP addresses and other identifying information to detect and prevent abuse, including but not limited to multiple accounts, automated entries, or attempts to circumvent entry limits. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and pursue all remedies available under law. Entrants must comply with all applicable laws and Collectbase Inc’s /dba/ Collectibles.com Terms of Service. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
